Colleen Santini will break down the key elements of successful communication that will prevent the many probems that happen in relationships. She will demonstrate how building connections with your self and others will free the mind and energize the body.
Rani will explain that  “You are what you eat” can nourish or destroy your brain and memory. Do you know that;

Who we are:

Rani Glick is a Certified Nutritionist, (CNP) and Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP, RNCP). She has followed her love of food and cooking and applying its healing properties to daily living, helping people with illness and better health. Her mission is to inspire 5,000 people to choose real food and enjoy a healthier happier life every day. Food, physical activity, and relaxation unite the mind and body to create long-term health. Rani had a long career in the arts and culture sector managing artists and organizations. In 2014, she became a holistic nutritionist and started her first business The Wellness Wagon selling prepared meals. She later added a specialization in Functional Aging Training and in 2018 rebranded to Rani Glick Wellness focusing on healthy ageing to Embrace Your Third Act with nutrition and lifestyle counselling.

Colleen Santini has practiced yoga and meditation since 1971, delving deeply into her own personal practice before beginning to teach in 1989. She traveled to Australia in 1991 to study with the originator of two effective methods of meditation and self-realization that are now being taught and practiced around the world in 40 countries. Colleen has helped many people around North America transform and improve their lives. Colleen is a warm, caring person, who brings humour and strength while creating a safe, sacred space to explore the unknown beauty, depth, and power that lies within.
