Rani’s goal is to be of service to others and practice with a functional lens, that investigates root cause throughout all areas of the body and mind.
A variety of tools are used to inform the process:
- Beginning with a discovery call to determine we are a compatible match for working together.
- A 90-minute intake session of your health history is taken followed by a mapping out of a timeline and an outline of your physiological conditions in a visual format.
- A separate session is scheduled to review the outcomes with a plan of action
- We work together creating the best action plan for supporting your healing over several weeks or months.
- Follow-up sessions are scheduled and vary according to the pace it takes for healing to occur.
Packages at discounted rates are available for longer term sessions.
Virtual or face to face meetings (video or phone) are available. Rani offers simple strategies, calming exercices, food plans and coaching. She also works with teams and employees in the workplace.
Rani applies the healing properties of food, natural supplements and herbs to support your health journey. Areas she has supported clients with digestive issues such as IBS, Celiac, GERD, Crohns, SIBO, in addition to diabetes, arthritis, joint and muscle pain, hypothyroidism, insomnia, and weight loss. Blood sugar management, allergies and sleep are her main areas.
If needed, she can be part of your health team with other health practitioners. It is a positive and supportive step of working together to achieve your wellness goals.
Mindfulness and mindful eating are essential practices for developing body awareness and emotional calm in the wake of experiencing stress. The daily application of mindful awareness is an embodied practice that ensures a sustainable process and nurtures your inner being with calm and compassion. Rani provides effective coping strategies for reducing emotional stress, pain, or anxiety.

Your health plan may cover nutrition services which can be confirmed by your insurance provider. Please check the terms and conditions of your plan’s coverage of nutrition services. Rani is a member of the International Organization of Nutrition Consultants (IONC) and can provide you with a professional number to submit with your remittance forms.
