Depending where you live, has the weather been unusual this winter? Will the month of April be an early  spring with new blooms springing up all around us? I sure hope so!!!

Spring isa perfect time to think about planting new seeds for the rest of the year especially when it comes time for self-care (not often top priority). I’m preparing myself for some summer activities to train for a bike-a-thon, weekly golfing days and exploring places for challenging hikes getting ready for my next trip this fall.

This event is all about taking time for yourself to Cleanse, Meditate, and Create.

What do we mean by immerse yourself in relaxation and indulge your inner creativity?

  • Participate in bodywork practices such as yoga, breathwork, meditation, somatic movement and qigong that calms the nervous system, so you feel rejuvenated!

  • Learn what a nourishing cleanse means, how to do it, and enjoy a fabulous lunch made by Rani

By the end of this retreat, you will feel lighter, replenished, and more deeply connected to yourself. calmed your nervous system, freed your mind, and tapped into your inner self with the guidance of your body, mind, and heart!

This retreat is open to everyone! There are no requirements for participation whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced practitioner.

RESET SPRING CLEANSE

Following the Retreat Day, consider participating in a seven-day cleanse with me which starts the following week.

As we come into spring, April is a great time to press the reset button and prepare for the change of seasons.

RESET SPRING CLEANSE from April 15th to 21st.

Treat yourself to a spring cleanse for seven days!

It will:

  • Improve your body’s ability to handle and dispose of toxic substances.
  • Refresh your skin
  • Clearing bowel elimination
  • Elimination of cravings
  • Possible weight loss
  • A sense of relief, calm and ease

The purpose of a cleanse is to clear the body of foods and chemicals that you have accumulated overtime. It is a vacation for your internal organs to rest, relax, reset, refresh, It also helps with quieting the digestive system and encouraging detoxification and elimination.

What this means is that you’ll be removing certain foods from your diet for the week while you’re cleansing.

At the same time, you’ll be adding in new and delicious foods to replace those regular foods you eat day in and day out.

Over the week, we meet twice on Zoom on the first day to go over the details and celebrate on the last day that you completed it!

Throughout the week, you’ll receive emails with tips, videos, additional recipes and have an opportunity to ask me any questions or share your experience with the group..

This is a life-changing program which follows in a natural flow from the retreat day and cleanse . if you’ve begun to outline your goals for this spring to the remainder of the year.
