What others are saying about Rani Glick Wellness...

MARK K.

Nutrition Consultation

"Rani helped me refine my already highly specialized diet to get me to a place of peak performance. Did I mention how easy she is to work with?"

SAMANTHA COOKE

Vice President of Philanthropy, Daily Bread Food Bank

Rani led a series of wellbeing workshops for our staff team during mental health awareness week. She had a number of sessions for us to pick from so it was well suited to our needs and interest. The content was thorough and super interesting – a great mix of the science of our bodies and brains combined with real suggestions on what we could do to improve our wellbeing. I would definitely recommend Rani iF you’re looking for a way to engage your teams and support their wellbeing.

Eating Smart: Unraveling A Healthy Diet, The Life Institute, Toronto Metropolitan University.

"It was empowering to be in a course that focused on making one’s life a healthy and vibrant one. I walked away with a lot of useful tips and information I can apply now.”

I've always been interested in nutrition and took your course at Ryerson University (TMU). I liked working with you - a gentle approach and approachable. When I ended up with diagnosis, I wanted to look at it from a holistic perspective to find solutions before it hits in the head, or prevent it before getting worse. You helped me sort out what foods and exercises I could follow especially before taking medication. I'm 70 years old with a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, and thyroid issues.

Heal to Health, A Mindful Approach To Cope With Stress and Pain

Practice Together (weekly)

Somatic Movement (weekly)

I came to the MBSR program with no expectations, but a lot of curiosity.  I was hopeful that this program could help me manage stress related to chronic pain. I am happy to report that while the work continues, my progress to date has been positive. I would not hesitate to recommend this program to those who are looking for positive change where it might be needed.

Rani Glick is a respectful instructor of mature adult participants. She acknowledges each participants experiences without judgement and with kindness. She allows one’s universe to reveal itself within the context of the practice. Under Rani’s guidance, I expanded my horizons without discomfort of any kind.

Nutrition Consultation

Prior to talking to you, I didn't actually talk to any other nutritionist. Compared to my GP or other doctors I have visited your approach was very eye opening and it made me really think and be aware of what I eat. Even though the issue that I had/have is not in the "structure" of my body or organs this was still a problem that you managed to help me solve, which is incredible.

VEEVA,  LOVED your lunch and learns.  If you'd be willing to teach them again come March- I would love a full list of topics you could do lunch and learns on.  When planning the new schedule with Amaris in March I could present them to her, if you're still interested in teaching for them.

Nutrition Consultation

There was a change in my health and I wasn't sure of next steps. I saw Rani at Pet Valu in our neighbourhood and mentioned my problems with stomach issues. There were several potential things it could be. I got the sense that you knew what to do and that inspired me to work at it. I wasn’t diagnosed yet with hypothyroidism I first tired to help myself but didn’t get anywhere. My mother called you and asked for help.

After my diagnosis, I was very comfortable talking to you about my health problems and I very much liked your approach. We started tackling this from multiple directions: food journal, excluding foods,  combining certain foods and adding supplements like probiotics, enzymes etc. Nutrition and wellness as a whole felt more integrated.
